Are the pallets manifested?
Manifest status is stated on each product page. A listing will indicate whether a manifest is downloadable, available on request or not available.
Are the photos exact?
Each product page identifies whether images show the exact lot, a sample from that lot or representative stock. The product description should be read together with the images.
Can I ask for more product information?
Yes. Use the contact page and include the product or lot reference. Availability of extra photos, video or inspection depends on the specific stock and warehouse process.
Will you ask for extra shipping insurance after I pay?
All merchant-charged mandatory shipping, handling or insurance costs are shown before an order is placed. We do not add a separate release or unlock fee after payment.
Who receives my payment?
The seller identified at checkout and on your order documentation should match the legal business information published on this site. Payments are processed only through the methods offered at checkout.
What if the goods differ from the description?
Use the published returns and refund policy for the applicable process, timing and return method. Product-specific lawful exceptions, if any, are stated before purchase.
What does liquidation stock mean?
Liquidation stock can include clearance, overstock, shelf-pulls, customer returns or other inventory being resold outside its original retail channel. The exact stock type and condition should be stated on each listing.
What condition are the goods in?
Condition is shown on the individual product page. Depending on the lot, goods may be new, used or refurbished, and packaging or cosmetic condition may vary. Read the condition notes before ordering.
Can individuals buy from United Stock Liquidation?
If a product is offered through the public online checkout, individual customers can place an order unless a lawful product-specific restriction is clearly stated before purchase.
How is shipping calculated?
Available shipping methods and charges are shown in the cart or checkout for the destination and product where online shipping is supported. Any lot that genuinely requires a separate freight arrangement should say so before payment and should not be submitted to Google Shopping as a directly purchasable product.
Do you guarantee a resale profit or retail value?
No. Any reference to original retail pricing, where used, is informational and should be supported by the listing. Your resale price, demand, costs and profit depend on your own sales channel and market.
