What is a liquidation pallet?
A liquidation pallet is a bulk lot of goods sold together. Depending on the listing, stock may come from overstock, clearance, customer returns, end-of-line inventory or another disclosed source.
Are the products new?
Not necessarily. Each product page should show the applicable condition. For Google Merchant data, the store uses New, Used or Refurbished where those values accurately apply.
Are product photos exact?
Check the “Photos” field on the product page. It can state exact goods in the lot, a sample from the exact lot, or representative stock only.
Do all pallets have a manifest?
No. Manifest availability varies by lot and is shown on the product page when configured.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada is our primary customer market. Available shipping methods and charges are calculated or shown before the order is placed for supported Canadian destinations.
Can I collect an order?
Collection is only available when it is explicitly offered as a checkout/shipping option or confirmed in writing for the order.
Can individuals buy from the website?
Yes. Products published for online sale are intended to be purchasable through the normal checkout, subject to availability and any lawful product restrictions.
Can you guarantee resale profit?
No. Resale demand, selling price, fees, condition and buyer costs vary. United Stock Liquidation does not guarantee profit or a particular resale value.
How do returns work?
Read the Shipping & Returns page before ordering. Return requests should be sent to info@unitedstockliquidation.com within the stated return-request window.
