Review product-description, payment, delivery, returns and resale responsibilities before completing a purchase.
1. The store
These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed through United Stock Liquidation at unitedstockliquidation.com. By ordering, you agree to the terms shown on the website and checkout at the time of purchase.
2. Product descriptions
Liquidation lots can vary in condition, packaging, assortment and quantity. Read the complete listing before ordering. Where quantity is estimated or imagery is representative, the product page should state that clearly.
3. Prices and payment
The product price and applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before order placement. Payment is made through the payment methods enabled at checkout. United Stock Liquidation does not require an undisclosed post-payment fee to “release” an order.
4. Availability
Orders are subject to stock availability. If a paid product cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and the affected amount refunded or another remedy agreed.
5. Delivery
Delivery methods, charges and estimates shown during checkout or on the product page form part of the order information. Pallet freight can require suitable delivery access and appointment coordination.
6. Returns
Return requests should be sent to info@unitedstockliquidation.com within 14 days of delivery. Do not return palletised goods without authorization. Unless the goods are materially not as described, damaged where the seller is responsible, or applicable law requires otherwise, return freight is the buyer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 business days after returned goods are received and inspected.
7. Resale
United Stock Liquidation does not guarantee resale price, resale demand, marketplace eligibility or profit. Buyers are responsible for deciding whether a lot is suitable for their business and resale channel.
8. Brand names
Third-party brand names and trademarks are used only to identify goods where applicable. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
